Holy Cross (FCS): Rocco DiMeco is the Crusaders new outside linebackers coach. DiMeco spent the last two years at D-III Anna Maria College. He joined the Anna Maria squad as linebackers and strength coach in 2011, and was promoted to co-defensive coordinator prior to last season. Before that, DiMeco was a four-year starter at Norwich University as an inside linebacker.

Slippery Rock (D-II): Eric Thatcher has been named linebackers coach. Thatcher spent last season with the Buffalo Bills as a defensive quality control assistant. Before that, Thatcher served one season as defensive backs coach at Mercyhurst College, and previously, one season as graduate assistant coach at the University of Pittsburgh, where he was a three-year starter at defensive back.

Prairie View A&M (FCS): Former Texas A&M assistant Charles McMillian has been named the Panthers’ defensive coordinator. McMillian, who was defensive backs coach for Mike Sherman’s Aggie staff from 2008-11, has coaching experience in the Big 12, Big Ten, Mountain West and Conference USA.
